Every space offers a relaxed, barefoot luxury atmosphere that invites guests to reconnect with nature and the gentle rhythm of island life.

Nestled on 10 rai of prime beachfront land, Veranda Resort Phuket, Autograph Collection offers 159 serene rooms inspired by the rhythm of the sea and organic island forms. The design blends sculptural architecture with lush landscapes, featuring flowing curves, natural textures, and soft tones that mirror the surrounding seascape. Every space, from open-air lobbies to stylish guest rooms, evokes a relaxed coastal elegance, seamlessly connecting guests to the breathtaking views of Phuket’s bay.

Hyatt Regency Koh Samui is a 140-room property occupying eight acres of private coastline of North Chaweng in Koh Samui, one of the most popular beach destinations in Thailand. Our design intention is to adjust the original Hyatt Regency’s brand image to be more casual and better cater to the lifestyle of travelling through the use of colors, materials and design concept. We embrace the island’s native beauty and its tradition through elements of vernacular materials and careful incorporation of existing natural features. At the same time, contemporary design is taken into account in order to appeal to the new generation travelers. Emphasis on sustainable and natural materials such as reclaimed wood, stone, terrazzo and metal are carefully considered and incorporated into the design.

Our design intention is to create a timeless modern luxury design with a touch of oriental to cater to the lifestyle of the target customers who are the Sukhumvit’s travelers. The name ‘SILQ’ takes inspiration from the owner’s family business of fabric and textiles business, which we later reinterpret into the story of the greatest trade route of the world, The Silk Road. In this hotel, the guests will wander through the journey of the silk road, while indulging in the oasis of wellness hospitality services. The overall vibe is subtle, relaxed and contemporary, with an effortless cosmopolitan elegance that also gives an utmost comfort and functionality that caters to both short-term and long-term stays.

Shama Yen-Akat is a tranquil urban-lifestyle hotel with 136 rooms, ranging
from the open-plan studios to spacious two bedrooms. Comfortable and
modern interior design is inspired from the name of the street ‘Yen-Akat’
which the hotel is situated on, creating the vibe of colorful and inviting
spaces continuously integrated throughout the hotel.
