The building’s design inspiration comes from marquise diamond shape which reflects the opulent lifestyle of the clientele around Sukhumvit area. The interior decoration respectively adopts this concept by interpreting the form and shape of a diamond into the use of shiny high-quality materials and meticulous design under the theme of ‘Metropolitan Luxe’.

The project is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and amenities including fitness center, swimming pool, Sky Cigar & Wine Bar and Celestial garden on the rooftop. The spatial arrangement of the building is thoughtfully designed to contribute to the ultimate luxury lifestyle of the residents. Every unit is provided with European kitchen facilities from Poggenpohl, also featured with floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and dining area that are 3-3.4 metres in heights which maximizes natural daylight and allow the residents to enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of the Bangkok skyline.

BOT, Northeastern Region Office

With the total area of 12,000 sqm., Bank of Thailand is able to achieve the new level of national sophistication, modern yet minimal design, and international standard of office building at Khon Kaen province.

The interior design concept of the building is driven by local inspiration that represents Northeastern characteristics such as the use of Khon Kaen’s well-known fabric pattern of “Naka” on the wall treatments which symbolizes fertility and well-being. The functionality of the layout and furniture is highly concerned in the process of design development in order to satisfy the needs of the users.

Twin Flame Studio, Venice di Iris

Located in a suburban area of Bangkok, Twin Flame is a production house in a 3-storey Venetian-styled building. We have created a creative working environment with a touch of industrial chic décor. The color scheme of the project is black and white which gives a stylish modern look, with a hint of red and wood color to breaks the stiffness of the space.

Nestled amidst the hectic vibe of Sukhumvit 1 neighborhood right behind Bumrungrad Hospital, Ad Lib is a small, cozy hotel with a friendly and distinctive design that has become a destination for modern-day sophisticated travelers.

‘The ultimate escapism within the city’ is the key concept that distinctively exhibits minimalistic design as well as unique homey experience. The hotel comprises of three buildings allocated on a reverse U plan which have been renovated from the original townhouses structures. Due to the limited amount of space, the elements of architecture, interior space and landscape in every area is beautifully unified to optimize the functionality and create the most relaxing vibe within the space.

Sindhorn Tonson

Sindhorn Tonson is a one-of-a-kind leasehold residential condominium, which is a part of
the Mixed-Use development under the name of Sindhorn Village. The combined open-plan
living room, dining room and kitchen have been thoughtfully designed to be faced towards
the park in order to offer a magnificent panoramic view of Central Bangkok to the residents.

AIS Contact Center Development & Training Arena

Served as a center of human resources development in Northeastern region of Thailand, AIS Contact Center is a product of our interpretation of AIS brand itself.

The design concept revolves around modern, clean lines that represent AIS’ character of unceasingly expansion of wireless network services. The entire building is designed to be user-friendly and appealed to new generations with the strong touch of lively atmosphere and professionalism.
